Bliss IN classes are taking place on September 12, 19, and 26. On the 19th of September, Surya Ananda will be guiding us in Yoga Nidra, facilitating the class from North India, and it's 1 1/2 hours long, from
17 - 18:30 CET. The classes on the 12th and 26th, take place from 17:00 – 18:00 CET | 16:00 – 17:00 UK | 11:00 – 12:00 EST. Classes are €18 each or €45 if you sign up for all 3 at once and by request €15 for all the videos and a pdf of a sequence! The videos and pdf are included in the cost of joining all 3 classes.
These special sessions include 40 minutes of very accessible yoga to open up and prepare the body for 20 minutes of calm abiding meditation. This is an ideal way to experience integrating yoga and meditation - don't miss it!
