Before coming to class
Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach. Please allow four hours after a heavy meal or two hours after a light snack. You may eat half an hour after class. Drink water before or after class rather than during practice.
What to wear
Yoga is practiced in bare feet. Wear something that is comfortable and allows for movement: shorts, leggings and a t-shirt are ideal. Something warm for relaxation at the end of class is a good idea.
