This retreat will delve deeper in Iyengar Yoga and examine the anatomical relationship between the pelvis and the spine in our practice and in theory through a lecture. Through pranayama (yogic breathing) we will tune in with the autonomic nervous system, and address how to work with moods and emotional stability in sequencing and with more knowledge in a lecture.
The food is vegan/vegetarian and utterly delicious with Lea Love as the requested cook. The price includes lodging (with towels and sheets provided) 3 meals a day, yoga classes, pranayama classes, and lectures.
